Anna Izabel: Founder of mind your self movement

Home; From your body to your four walls & the spaces between us.

Visual Art

Art is a form of healing, remembrance, and connection. Through original paintings and visual storytelling, I explore identity, nature, culture, and the experiences that
shape who we are.

Holistic Creative Workshops

Multisensory creative wellness experiences that bring people together through art, intentional care, and self-expression. Designed for corporate teams, nonprofits, and community groups, each gathering creates space to reconnect, recharge, and cultivate meaningful connection.

Botanical Care

Plant-inspired essentials created to bring intention into your everyday rituals. Rooted in the beauty of botanical ingredients, each product invites you to be present, nurture your body, and make self-care a meaningful part of coming home to yourself.

Who is she?

Anna Izabel known as a.i.Azucena

Before all else, I am a visual artist and a mother, navigating a world where I yearn to remind others that art is healing, a form of remembrance, and a pathway to connection. As a Latina woman, my art has supported my journey of self-discovery, cultural connection, and motherhood; allowing me to honour where I come from while continuing to grow.

I am Anna Izabel Azucena, Founder of Mind Your Self Movement, a synergistic connector, and a Certified Community Health & Social Medicine Caregiver. My work brings together visual art, plant-based skincare, creative wellness gatherings, and community health to nurture our relationship with ourselves, our surroundings, and one another.

Through Mind Your Self Movement, I create opportunities for self-expression, intentional care, and meaningful connection honouring our stories, engaging the 5 senses, and exploring how we cultivate a sense of home within ourselves, our spaces, and our communities.

To me, home is more than four walls. It lives within our bodies, in the things we create and surround ourselves with, and in the communities where we feel seen, supported, and connected.

This is the heart of Mind Your Self Movement; creating space to feel, self expression, supported, learn together and find our way home from the inside out.
